“Batik to Stitch”
a 2-day Laura Smith workshop hosted by the Sand Dunes Chapter.
The Sand Dunes chapter invites all region members to join them in a 2-day Laura Smith workshop, “Batik to Stitch. This class explores techniques using wax resist on fabric with dyes, design and color concepts, embroidery stitches, and bead enhancements. This class is appropriate for all levels. Date & Time – November 5-6, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm at the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, Niceville, FL. A non-refundable registration fee for Sun Region members is $94.00 including the kit fee and plural membership in Sand Dunes. Last day to register is October 1, 2021.
